About Me

A bit about my life journey so far…

I grew up in Largo, FL. Was born in St. Petersburg, FL. Yes, that does make me a native Floridian and I am happy to be. I have never been fond of the cold. Not sure if that is because of living in Florida my whole life or it could be I am just one of those people who does not like being cold. Now, I am not saying I totally enjoy the 90 degree heat all the time either. However, I still prefer it more than the under 50 degree weather.

I did have the pleasure of seeing snow in upper state New York in my teen years, which was pretty neat. I even went skiing, which I found to be tremendous fun and I was good at it too. I have been to some interesting places…Capitian Haiti, San Juan Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas.

I am the youngest of seven (7) kids…yes, we were somewhat of a bunch. My mom passed away when I was only 6 years old, leaving my dad, my one sister and one brother and I. I miss my mom because I didn’t get a chance to really get to know her, however, I do have some splendid memories of her. My dad remarried and I became of youngest of the seven. I have 2 sisters and 4 brothers.

I was born at only a little bit over a pound in weight and I wasn’t suppose to make it…but HA! I did and am glad that God chose to allow me to live (and perhaps I had some gumption too).

About my career: For many years as a executive assistant for small to fortune 500 companies in many industries such as financial, property management, landscape architecture and floor cleaning.

In 2007, I began my company Key Business Partners, LLC to help entrepreneurs with their many business tasks. Then about a year later, I received a client who was a co-author of a book and they wanted me to help with the marketing and online promotion for their book. I had such a great time helping spread the message of their book that I decided to focus my business on online book promotion and marketing from that time on.

Also, in 2009, I began writing my first novel but have not published it yet. And this year (2011) I am in the process of writing a couple more books—both non fiction.

I am enjoying helping authors and writers spread the message of their book while I also am living my dream of writing my own books too.
