Palitaw Recipe

One of the food I discovered this summer was the yummy Palitaw. Yes, you heard that right. It’s my first time to sample it. Anyways, Palitaw is a small sweet flat rice cake eaten in the Philippines. Food Magazine back issues is love!
Since last November 2010, I fell in love with Food Magazine. I’ve been buying their back issues at SM for their Food menu guide, cook ‘s nook and home basics contents. Yes, as in Food magazine offers the easiest recipes ever, like the easy toaster oven recipes in their August 2010 issue. I so love it!
Anyways, I tried the toaster oven recipes and I could say it’s really good. It’s a great alternative if you don’t have a standard oven as it is easy and fast.
