Do I have to pay for a Gumbo?
All LSU students can access an online version of the yearbook at Lifepages, a service which is paid for by student fees. A hardbound Gumbo costs $60, which covers the book, tax and shipping.

How do I get my photograph in the Gumbo?
We occasionally host “Photo Op” days, which will be announced. Gumbo and Daily Reveille photographers work together to take candids on and off campus. Gumbo and Reveille photographers often attend campus events.

How can my organization appear in the Gumbo?
Organizations can buy a quarter page, full-page or double page spread in the Gumbo. Information and forms are sent each fall to every registered student organization on campus, and are also available in B34 Hodges Hall. For more information, call the Student Media Advertising office at (225) 578.6090.

Can I obtain a back copy of the Gumbo?
We have limited supplies of previous books. Students may check availability and cost by contacting the Student Media Office by phone at (225) 578.1697, by fax at (225) 578.1698 or in person at B39 Hodges Hall.

How can I advertise in the Gumbo?
Contact the Student Media Advertising department at (225) 578.6090. You can buy an image ad or congratulate a graduate.
