I just started back to work yesterday after having a stem cell transplant in November. I did very well and am currently in complete remission. Everyone is different but the worst part for me was fatigue. I have multiple myeloma cancer. Tell your mom she is in my prayers!
Best of luck to you & your mom both. She’s lucky to have you to do this for her. I hope it’s as easy as it can be, and that there are years of happiness & health ahead . . .
It’s wonderful that you can spend the time with her – treasure every moment as i’m sure she will. Five weeks is really only a blip on the radar of life!
