Through our Global Dairy Products Group (GDPG) commercial division, DFA is a leading manufacturer of cheese and butter, as well as dairy ingredients, and contract manufacturer for consumer products. GDPG includes DFA’s Consumer Brands, Ingredients and Contract Manufacturing businesses.
This group increases returns for our members through:
- Consumer brands, including Borden® Cheese and Keller’s® Creamery
- Dairy foods processing plants that produce American and Italian Cheeses and a wide range of dairy ingredients
- Investments and joint ventures with national companies
- Supply agreements with national and global customers.
DFA has an expansive manufacturing footprint and owns 27 plants throughout the country. In addition to our own plants, our members’ milk gets delivered to various customers and joint venture partners like Roberts Dairy, Hiland Dairy and Dean Foods.
