Our brains have two hemispheres. The left side is logical, rational and verbal and it controls our dominant writing hand. The right side is intuitive, imaginative and emotional.  It’s been called our Inner or Essential Self, and the judgmental left brain often silences it.

Through alternate handwriting, you can!  You'll learn how you can write yourself a question with your dominant hand and watch your other hand respond with honesty, kindness, courage and humor. The resulting 'dialogues' are often surprising and always insightful. They reflect whole-brain thinking.
