Mighty Vegan Mardi Gras 2012!
To bring a little bit of Mardi Gras to the vegan world I will testing and posting some of my favorite dishes from my home town of New Orleans. I will start posting on February 1st. Stay tuned for some delicious recipes and please let me know if you would like to contribute!

So cool!!! Just found this through the Patch. Mom’s night idea? Try some vegan recipes, make it a potluck and celebrate the Gras. Lundi Gras, Mardi gras……..Vendredi Gras! Love it!

Absolutely! I was also thinking kids too, we could dress them up and let them have a parade and make masks.
