Posted on Thu, 09 Feb, 2012I swears on the precious that I'm going to get on making more merchant minis, but I somehow managed to get overloaded with work (!) there for a couple weeks. Not to mention that I couldn't actually start until I'd gotten a better situation together for dealing with the oil-based printing inks (procured a sheet of acrylic and more mineral spirits for that) so I should be good to go now. Wow, before, cleanup was such a hassle, not to mention I wasn't too thrilled about needing to use non-stick cooking sheets/pans for rolling ink on, haha. And I'm sure my roommates weren't either.
Anyways, tl;dr, will be getting on that soon.

I drew some fanart for my friend Tom's webcomic, Marooned! It's a really hilarious and charming story of some astronauts, some robots, and some Martians all trying to get along together on Mars, all the while dealing with kidnappings, world-domination-bent villains, magic aliens, and the day to day challenge of having to survive on Martian cuisine.
