Unprofessional Foul was born in December of 2007 in response to a dearth of soccer blogs. Before that, we all congregated en masse around the flicker of heat generated by Hirshey’s Deadspin columns, but once the canary finally succumbed to that coalmine, we went off alone into the soccer desert wandering for 40 years…or at least a few days until we decided to take on the arduous task of starting a blog.
Sadly, in early 2012, we shuttered our beloved internet watering hole due to lack of time and an overwhelming increase of work-related business, but the candle will burn forevermore for this most mighty and adored of snark-heavy, soccer-based sentence and paragraph factories.
