Getting Started

Dear Potential CFA Member,

Becoming a member of CrossFit Adversity is as easy as 3, 2, 1, go…

3. Call or email CFA to schedule an Intro session…

2. Meet with a CFA Coach for an Intro where we will learn more about you and what goals you have as well as give you the opportunity to experience CrossFit first-hand…

1. Together, we’ll decide if CrossFit Adversity is for you, and if so, you’ll choose which program will work the best for you…

Go… Show up!

But first…a fair warning:

CrossFit Adversity is a facility designed for only 100 members… NOT 101.

So I urge you to read this information right now, while you are on this page.

It takes a certain kind of person to push themselves and others in getting into the best shape of their lives.

Mentally tough…determined…ready to take action when opportunity knocks.

Those who have these qualities in spades are the people we want to help most. That said, this is NOT for everyone.

So, the big question is…

Who should join?

First of all, it doesn’t matter if you are 15, 40, or 75. Come one, come all…if you are male or female, black or white, short or tall, bald or hair down to your hips.  You can scroll through the blog posts and pictures on this site and see that we have every demographic just mentioned.

It matters not what “socioeconomic” demographic you come from either. We have millionaires working out beside college students.

What does matter is…

  • You care about your own health and fitness…
  • You know how to honor others above yourself…
  • You have “high moral” standards…
  • You are kind to your fellow CFA members…
  • You bring a spirit of encouragement to the group…
  • You leave your ego at the door…
  • You LOVE accountability…
  • You want to workout hard, get in the best shape of your life, and help encourage others do the same.

If you recognize the value of what I just said – then this is exactly what you’ve been looking for.

The truth is…once you’ve experienced how this CFA community bonds together for the good of yourself and others, you’ll never want to go back to 24 Hour Fitness or any other big box gym again.

If you are ready to schedule a no-hassle, no-pressure Intro to CrossFit, simply call us at 619.800.2373 or email us at info@crossfitadversity.com and someone will be in touch from our staff.

Either way, we hope you are one of the lucky 100 who make it into CrossFit Adversity before we are forced to close down memberships.

…So, come join us, won’t you? All you have to say is “Maybe, I’ll find out for myself.”

We recognized you may be a skeptic.

That’s ok, and perfectly normal.

That’s the perfect reason you should pick up the phone and call us at 619.800.2373 right now to schedule your free Intro. Or, just drop us an email.

We really would like to have you as a part of CrossFit Adversity and hope to hear from you today.

Sincerely,

Trish Davis
Owner, CrossFit Adversity

P.S. Please remember: If you ever need to contact me for any reason – with questions, comments, suggestions, gripes, testimonials, customer service questions – whatever – just fire off an email to info@crossfitadversity.com.

    Hello

I am a police officer and with this line of work (shiftwork) and a family I don’t eat, sleep or workout on any sort of regular schedule. My energy levels are often low and its hard to find the time and motivation to “get it done” sometimes. I like crossfit because it mixes up the workout. Any tips on how to keep the energy levels up?
