Best known for atypical looks that stray from the norm - jagged edges and updos with a twist - Palau has worked for the past 15 years with top designers like Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Versace, Marc Jacobs, Prada, Miu Miu, and Alexander McQueen. Beyond that, his work has appeared on the pages of Vogue and W. The prolific artist has also released a collection of hair photograpy books, beginning with his first work, Heads: Hair by Guido in 2000. In his latest role as creative consultant for Redken, Palau keeps busy bringing his bold aesthetic to high-profile fashion shows and photoshoots.
