We operate a no-kill rescue with all of our rescues kept at
volunteer foster homes, not at a centralized kennel.
SPAY/NEUTER and VACCINATION AWARENESS OUTREACHThe Importance of Spay/Neuter and Vaccination of Companion AnimalsLove of Animals will be hosting a public awareness meeting for the general public regarding the importance ofspaying, neutering and vaccinating their companion animals.The sessions will outline how simple practices of altering and vaccinating the pet can contribute to the animalsquality of life and minimise adding to the excessive over-population of unwanted animals. Also covered will behow to qualify for low-income spay/neuter assistance and when to vaccinate. LOA, Inc. is a not-for-profit animal welfare organization [501(c)(3)] targeting the welfare of companion animals, as well as farm animals, in the area of Tulare and Kings Counties, California (California's central San Joaquin Valley). We focus on the rescue, rehabilitation, spay/neuter, and placement of all animals in need. All work is done by volunteers; there is no paid staff.

Money raised through sponsorships can help with providing food and medical care for our animals in foster care until the are adopted.
It is also a loving way to be an advocate for those hard to place animals that have special needs or advanced age.
As a sponsor you may make a one-time contribution or give a monthly donation. If you choose a specific cat or dog we will send you a picture and give periodic updates on their progress.
