      I do love this dress, however would it be possible to add spaghetti straps? Also, is the top half (ruffled chiffon?) made from the same material as the bottom (chiffon? or silk? satin?)...?

      I have recieved an email from you stating that it will now take 35 days to process my dress in stead of the normal 18-22 days. Before ordering my dress I stressed that I required the dress before my charity ball on 5th November 2011 to which you responded with that it would be here in plenty of time and not to worry. However after your email of 26th September I am very worried and would like to state that if the dress has not arrived in plenty of time as promised by you then I would require a Full Refund as the dress is for my charity ball on 5th November only so if it arrived after this date it would not be required. Therefore I hope you will pull out all stops to get my dress to me in plenty of time.
