Integrated Online Marketing Process Methodology


Search Quality Management (SQM) is an integrated Online Marketing process methodology road map for developing the over-arching strategic plan and managing the lower-level tasks that are critical for the plan to be successful.

The core of the SQM methodology is based largely on the Shewhart/Deming Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle combined with a simple set of statistical process tools from the TQM, lean and Six Sigma tool sets and management principles.
