Buying a Tri-Cities Home

As a home buyer, you'll need a real estate agent who's able to represent your interests, and help you negotiate the best price and terms for you. If you don't have your own real estate agent, and instead go directly to the seller's agent (the agent whose name is on the "for sale" sign) to begin the home buying process, you'll be working with a real estate agent whose primary client is the seller -- not you.

As a professional real estate agent, I can guide you through the entire process of buying a home, taking the worry and confusion out of it for you. Learn more about buying real estate in the Tri-Cities.

You deserve the best service possible. Lori and Fred L., one of my very first real estate clients, shared these kind words about working with me:

"Cari listened to our wants and wishes and in the process found us just the home we were looking for. From looking to closing, it was a joy to work with her. She is a true professional dedicated to her clients. We highly recommend her services."

If that's the kind of real estate agent you're looking for, I'd love to meet you. Contact me today and I'll start listening.

Selling a Tri-Cities Home

Selling your home is hard work. It's tough, too, because you're not selling a piece of real estate ... you're saying goodbye to your home. That's never easy. But it doesn't have to be stressful.

Having a real estate agent you like and trust can take a lot of the hard work, hassle, and worry away. That's how I see my job: To do everything I can for you and help you get the maximum value possible from your home. I do the hard work; you rest easy. That's what one of my more recent clients, Ron Y., shared after we sold his home:

Pamela and I are so happy with our decision to hire you to sell our Richland home. Your knowledge and steady approach to the process allowed me to rest easy. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

As your seller's representative, I'll share ideas to make your home more attractive to buyers, help you set a strong asking price, promote your home to other agents and list it in multiple listing services, create, pay for, and place advertising for you, and much more. First-Time Home Buyers

As a first-time home buyer, you'll have unique needs. You'll have more questions and need more time and guidance to go through the process of buying a home. I know that, and I'm glad to help! My husband and I had a wonderful real estate agent when we bought our first home, and I'm ready to give you the same great service I remember getting back then.

Paul and Tiffany V. weren't buying their first home when I helped them not too long ago, but their description of our time working together describes what you can expect from me as your real estate agent:

She has a positive attitude and she genuinely cares about her clients. She made the whole experience very easy for us and she was with us every step of the way. We appreciate her and all of her hard work.

Whether you're just thinking about buying your first home, or if you're ready to buy a home in the Tri-Cities, give me a call and I'll be honored to answer any questions you have. Read on for more of my ideas for first-time home buyers.

Moving to the Tri-Cities?

For starters, welcome! I think you'll love living in the Tri-Cities. We sure do. The Tri-Cities offers a lot of big city benefits (concerts, ballet, great restaurants, professional sports) while still maintaining its small town charm (low traffic, friendly neighbors, beautiful parks and waterfront activities and so much more).

Even if you love the Tri-Cities, you may not love the process of relocating. It can be stressful to have to sell a home in one city while trying to buy in another. As your real estate agent, I'll do everything I can to make relocation as simple as possible. Barb and Walt H. relocated here from Spokane and said this about working with me as their Tri-Cities real estate agent:

Cari checked out dozens of houses before each of our visits from Spokane so that we could make the best use of our time. She also kept on top of new listings, alerting us almost immediately to what is now our new home — a house in the area we wanted, with all features we wanted, and within our price range. She is the reason we were able to make an offer on this house before others who were interested.

I've worked with countless newcomers who moved to the Tri-Cities from all over the USA, and even from other countries ... and I'm ready to work with you, too. Learn more about my Tri-Cities relocation services.
