Veganism is the principle that humans should live without exploiting other animals. To be vegan is to have the goal of liberation for all animals, human and nonhuman, and to dedicate oneself to achieving that goal. Because animals are exploited in many sectors of human society, we can oppose exploitation in many ways.

Please read on to learn how you can participate in the movement to stop exploitation, violence, and oppression. Thank you for learning about veganism.
