In order to avoid the risk of having that problem, she emphasized that women should produce the more calcium in order to have the better condition of their health indeed. Walnut Helps to Prevent the Breast Cancer

Walnuts consumption or it is usually called the seed of walnut actually gives some health benefits. Even, the great effect found in the seed of walnut is believed that it can reduce the risk of breast cancer significantly. This finding is based on the result of research held by some researchers of Marshall University, which is reported in the Journal Nutrition and Cancer. In the research, the researchers do the test to a mouse to see the benefit of consuming the walnut.

The result shows that the risk of breast cancer is dropped significantly to the mouse that eats the walnut in a fair proportion every day. The research led by Elaine Hardman of Marshall Joan C Edwards School of Medicine also compares the effect of consumption for particular foods with the eating pattern containing the walnut. The amount of walnut consumption in the test is equivalent with 2 ounces per day for human beings. Hardman said that during the research, the group that ate the walnuts until the second phase had a half reduction of the breast cancer compared to the group that diet without the walnuts.

Even, the amount of tumor and the size of breast cancer are much smaller significantly for those that ate the walnuts. “Food is the mporteant medicine in our diet. What we put into the body will make a great difference. The food determines how the body works and reacts to the disease and health,” she said. Hardman said that other research clearly have shown that some substances containing in the walnuts can reduce the risk of cancer and make slow the cancer growth. “This result of the research shows that the increased consumption of walnut can be the part of the healthy diet and reduce the risk of cancer in the next generation,” she said.

Gold Prices Are Decreasing Slightly

Gold spot prices declined more than 1 percent in trading in Asia. Starting this week, investors chose to invest their money to the assets which are more risky.
In trading which was done on Monday (8/15/2011) gold spot price touched a record from 1814 U.S. dollar fell to 1732.5 U.S. dollars per troy ounce (31.1 grams). Gold prices fell about 13.80 U.S. dollars price in trading which was done on the last Friday.

An analyst team from Barclays Capital estimates that the supporting point of the gold prices is positioned at 1679 U.S. dollars per troy ounce. However, for long-term period, gold price is forecasted to continue rising.
This can happen due to the economic outlook which still remains poor in Europe and the U.S. Such thing continues to worry investors. Investors choose to buy gold which is considered as safer assets during turbulent financial markets like what happens now.

In the Early 2013, GM Produce PM7

United States of America General Motors (GM) automotive manufacturer finally announced the plan to produce people more seven (PM7) car that is believed to be started in the early 2013. “2013 is about to come, we will strengthen the manufacturer in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.” President GM South East Asia Operations Martin Apfel in Jakarta said.
Martin stated that with the US$ 150 million investment to reactive the manufacturer which located in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, GM Indonesia will be able to produce 40.000 unit cars per year.

Martin hopes that the new operational of the manufacturer will be able to provide jobs for about 800 people in Indonesia that has ability from all regions in Indonesia. Besides that, the absorption of the manpower is hoped to be appeared as GM will do the best to take advantage of the local spare part and professional suppliers.
Along with the economic condition of Indonesian that is rising, the domestic gross product (PBD) that is getting higher, Martin believes that Indonesia is a market with the very big potential in the Asia for only 40 years later, even defeats India and China. “We don’t want it missed in this market.” Martin Said.

While the President Director of PT General Motors Indonesia Manufacturing, Marco A. Purty said that GM in a year will do big investment from the facilities of the manufacturer and the manpower. “In the late three months showed the advancement. The application of standard process production is done in that manufacturer,” he said.
GM Indonesia will also hire quality manager and supply quality engineering. So far, the selling of the US products in Indonesia becomes better. The growth of the Indonesian selling on the first semester 2011 had just increased for 18 percent which is better than last year.

Tips For Dealing With Gout

Gout is a disease that attacks the joints and tendons due to deposition of veining crystals. The deposition of veining crystals is due to deposits of uric acid, which over time forms crystals in the joints or tendons, resulting in inflammation.
Gout has similar symptoms as arthritis, which is joint pain, especially in the big toe, which then spreads to the joints of the foot. Generally, people aged 35 years and over are vulnerable to get this disease.

Although can be controlled with medication, gout sufferers actually need to do a strict diet toward foods that can trigger purine. There are several ways that you can do to avoid the risk of uric acid and the surge of uric acid levels. The following are the tips.

1. Apply a healthy balanced diet by choosing complex carbohydrates (fruits, vegetables, brown rice), lean protein (tofu), and healthy essential fats.

2. Identify low-purine diet. Bananas, seleda, parsley, red cabbage, cabbage, mesh peppers, and acid fruits are the good food for gout patients. Vegetables, such as spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, peas, and cauliflower contain adequate purine levels which will not affect the uric acid levels in the blood.

3. Drink tea and coffee. According to research from Boston University and Harvard Medical School, drinking 2-4 cups of tea may lower the risk of gout in women for about 22 percent. While drinking four cups of coffee per day, according to a similar study, as reported in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in August 2010 issue, can cut the risk of uric acid formation as much as 50 percent or more.

4. Drink plenty of water. Drink eight glasses of water a day plus juice or fresh fruit (tomatoes, oranges, pineapple, etc.).

5. Exercise regularly. Do exercise for 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes each workout. You can choose easy exercises, like walking or jogging.

6. Avoid foods with high purine, such as jeans anchovy, sardines, herring, yeast offal (kidneys, liver, lungs, tripe, iso), fried beans, meat extracts, etc., as well as beer and alcoholic beverages.
