Four Arrested For Armed Robbery Sting

At approximately 7pm yesterday, officers from District 3 responded to 824 Blue Hill Ave. in Dorchester for an armed robbery in progress. On arrival, the victim met officers and reported that the suspects, who were still inside the premises, had just robbed and beaten him at gunpoint. The victim reported that he met one of the suspects at a gas station and she invited him over to “party and have a good time.” The victim, however, reported that when he arrived at the suspect’s house he was attacked, and robbed by the suspects one of whom pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him. The victim was robbed of $400 dollars and his prescription medication.
Officers entered the building and quickly located one of the suspects, while the three other suspects forced their way into another apartment in order to elude capture. All four of the suspects were apprehended and positively identified by the victim. Officers were also able to recover the firearm used in the robbery as well as the prescription stolen from the victim, and the money. The suspects: David T. Rodriguez, 39, of Mattapan, Edward White, 46, of Hyde Park, Jackie Walker, 45, of Dorchester and Daynna Amado, 26, of Dorchester were arrested and charged with Armed Robbery, Possession of a Loaded Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition.

Last night around 10:29pm officers from District 2 responded to a call for two females stabbed at 25 Woodward Ave. There, officers observed two female victims suffering from stab wounds. The victims reported to officers that they had called the suspect and came to her house to settle a long standing feud by fighting. The victims reported that when they arrived at the suspect’s house she met them outside and stabbed both of them with a knife. The suspect, who was there when officers arrived, stated to officers that she stabbed the victims when they confronted her outside her house. The victims were both transported to Boston Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect, Tamika Ivey, 30, of Roxbury was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon, and Assault with Intent to Murder.
