Over the past year, The Natural Step Canada has been examining our internal organizational structure to improve efficiency in program development and delivery. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Development, the Business Development and Internal Support Intern will help to expand The Natural Step Canada’s business development efforts, map internal systems to identify areas of inefficiency, and support the office administrative and finance team with administrative tasks.

The Natural Step Canada is looking for bright individuals to help us in the daily operations of our non-governmental organization (NGO). As a volunteer, you will get a chance to see how a Canadian NGO operates and get some practical experience relevant to your skill level. You can gain experience in administration, research, communications or hosting fundraising events as you interact with the great staff members. You will receive a one year license of our award winning eLearning online course “Sustainability 101” to help you on your sustainability journey. If you contribute 100 hours, you will also receive a reference letter to take forward for your career development.

The Natural Step Canada is looking for a storyteller for each of our upcoming Sustainability for Leaders Courses in Toronto, Banff, Montréal, Edmonton, and Vancouver.
Opportunity
The storyteller participates in the Level 1 or Level 2 course FREE OF CHARGE while networking with sustainability professionals in the host city and making a tangible connection with The Natural Step Canada.

The Natural Step Canada is looking for a professional photographer to volunteer to help take new bio photos of our team. We're looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to come into our Ottawa office for about an hour to take new photos of our staff.
