The School

In her beautifully restored family home, right in the historical city centre of Modica, Katia Amore welcomes travelers and guides them through the wonderful and varied Sicilian cuisine with hands-on, relaxed courses, continuing her gourmet family tradition that spans generations.

Our Courses

loveSicily offers week-long cookery courses on set-dates. These cookery holidays include visits to local producers, nearby towns and nature locations and three hands-on cookery courses in our school. We can also arrange culinary vacations for groups on dates of your choosing.
