BioGRID is an online interaction repository with data compiled through comprehensive curation efforts. Our current index is version 3.1.85 and searches 30,287 publications for 461,097 raw protein and genetic interactions from major model organism species. All interaction data are freely provided through our search index and available via download in a wide variety of standardized formats.

These additions bring our total number of non-redundant interactions to 317,557 and raw interactions to 461,097. New interactions will be added in curation updates on a monthly basis.
