Our Goal
The Mission of antiagingkettlebell.com aka the Ageless Body is simple. Andrea and I want to deliver an Ageless Body to 5000 people by 2016.
What does that mean?
We want to share this information so that 5000 people will say something like: “I’ve never been able to do that,” “I haven’t been able to do that in 20 years,” “My back pain is gone,” “I can press a 16kg kettlebell whereas before I struggled with a 12kg,” “My shoulder pain is gone so I can do my favorite activity again,” “My endurance levels are higher than they’ve been in 10 years,” “I’ve lost 15 pounds in the past month without even trying,” etc. over the next five years.
Lot’s of people have already said these things. Now it is your turn.
Let’s get to work!

At 58 years old I can feel old injuries holding my fitness back. Its great to read about others who do not give up.
…you need to start “swinging” …kettlebells that is
I’m 57 and started 4 years ago – now I’m stronger and healthier than ever. Before I got into kettlebells swing I could barely walk, bend or climb stairs. Now – try to stop me! Love my kettlebells.
Oh, btw, I lost around 40 lb in first year!!!
Cole and Andrea, I love this idea of helping 5,000 folks! That is EXACTLY why I train KBs and wanted the RKC program and have moved into full time training. As a former athlete who has knee, back, elbow and shoulder issues, I know what it feels like to wake up achy!!! Every day. Ugh. At any rate, I would love to help out. I am trying to get to the FL workshop, but would love to have ya’ll come to Dallas-Ft Worth for a seminar too. Thanks for a great idea and project.
Bryan, if we plan any future Ageless Body workshops TX would be a possibility. Thanks for the insights and keep spreading the word!
Kettlebells deliver the functional strength that everyone wants, and the results are seen quickly. i am sold for life…

Excellent, Richard!
I am so excited to attend the workshop in FL! I have done some of my own KB training and it was exhilarating, felt great and left me wanting more. I train folks and lead a great boot camp, but so much of what I and see and am asked to teach has just started to seem inefficient and based on fad. I find that I have become something like a fitness nihilist and who wants to hire a trainer like that? Meanwhile I am so busy with the repetitive motions of my work that my joints and fascia feel many years older than my years. I am ready to break the cycle of insanity and do something new! I can’t wait.
Is there a Kindle specific Edition of The Ageless Body in the works? Thanks,
Philp
Andrea and Sean, you can count me among your 5000 success stories! I enthusiastically endorse Pavel’s Kettlebells, as well as the practice of Qigong and Tai Chi!
