Our treatments trought the use of barrels with holes from 0,6 to 3 mm in diameter

CHEMICAL BRASS PASSIVATION

This treatment protect copper and copper alloy.

The passivation can be considered an excellent finishing treatment, in view of its high corrosion resistance (more 360 hours of salt spray test)

CHEMICAL ALLUMINIUM PASSIVATION (uni 9923)

This treatment protect alluminium.

The passivation can be considered an excellent finishing treatment,in view of its high corrosion resistance, even it has been studied as intermediate coating anchorage for the subsequent painting. This treatment allows to obtain a inert film throught the transformation of the superficial coating of Aluminium into amorphous compounds.

GALVANIC ZINC PLATING (uni 2081/09)

This treatment is used mainly to cover ferrous material.

The purpose, over whether to furnish a resistance to the corrosion (rust) is also to confer an aspect of color and brightness different from the metal on which is deposed. The colors of the passivantis in Cr III are: white-blue, yellow, white iridescent and black.

GALVANIC TIN PLATING AND GALVANINC COPPER PLATING (uni 2093  iec 60068-2-20)

Coatings of copper and tin.

Tin plating: The treatment is mainly used to protect the substrate against corrosion and to improve soldering. It guarantees, furthermore, an excellent electric conductivity ,being for this reason that it’s also used for electric components. Copper plating:This is a treatment used either to improve electric contacts as to prepare subsequent treatments.

GALVANIC NICKEL PLATING (uni 1458)

Nickel coating to protect metals.

This is a treatment of excellent protection for fine objects and also for those of small dimensions, because the Nickel deposits are very homogeneous and higly compact. This coating carries out a metallic film of good hardness and abrasion resistance.

GALVANIC SILVER PLATING (uni 4521)

Silver coating to protect metals.

This treatment is used for decoration purposes and/or in electrotechnology ,to improve the electric conductivity. The soldering of silver plated articles is excellent in all conditions.

GALVANIC GOLD PLATING (uni 4523)

Gold coating to protect metals.

The treatment of galvanic gold plating is used either as decorative coating as to protect surfaces which have to keep their soldering properties for long time. Furthemore the coating guarantees an excellent electric conductivity, reason for which it is used for making electronic components.

TIN/NICKEL – PLATING

Coating of an alloy of tin (65%) and nickel (35%) together.

The purpose is to favor the protection of the metal of base to allow him a temperatures soldering elevated superior to the point of fusion of the pond (250°) increasing the hardness of the covering because of the presence of the nickel.

CHEMICAL NICKEL PLATING

Coating of chemical nickel.

The purpose is to deposit in way uniform for by chemistry the nickel sensitively increasing her/it of it hardness to around 500 Vickers and penetrating inside the particular ones with the same surface external.

    20 ottobre 2011 cromatazione dell’ottone

    Anche per il trattamento in questione si stanno sperimentando delle soluzioni per l’eliminazione del cromo  sei. In questo caso la resistenza attesa sarà di circa 100 ore (rispetto alle 350 ore attuali). Tale resistenza,però, è sostanzialmente sufficiente in ragione delle esigenze dei clienti.
