Paula Wissel is the lead reporter and editor for KPLU’s series “I Wonder Why…?”

Previously, Paula spearheaded production of the popular KPLU news series “The Meaning of Work.” The series was honored by the Public Radio News Directors Association for creatively using sound to tell powerful stories about our everyday lives.

Paula has been with KPLU Radio since 1989 and covers the Law and Justice beat. In March of 2011 she was a Fellow at the Peter Jennings Project for Journalists and the Constitution in Philadelphia.
