So being entrepreneurs with the same dreams, and multi skills that could compliment the business  they started a project called PhilAgrivest all to do with Organic Farming, and a happier more sustainable lifestyle, they have Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Honey, Organic Poultry, they now have some 180+ Hectares farm on Tablas Island, with some 60+ local farmers working on there farm, run by the head of agriculture for the area, so they came up with the concept of a retiree being able to make a monthly ROI while they are retired.
