A Personal Note from Nedd spacer spacer spacer
Written by Nedd
Friday, 10 November 2006

To My Dear Friends & Supporters:

If you have been trying to reach me, only to have your message bounced because my mailbox was full, I extend to you my heartfelt apologies and request you to resend your e-mail.  If you are waiting for a response to an e-mail you have sent me, I promise that I will get back with you at the earliest opportunity.  Personal issues and litigation within members of my family are partly the reasons.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The rest of what I want to share with you is from my heart but in no particular order and may or may not follow journalistic protocol.  Normally that is something I closely consider when posting my articles but for this one time, I ask you to overlook that and read my heart below.  Some points are ACLU related; some are not. I make no apologies for anything said here or the length thereof.

Making a Case for Suing the ACLU spacer spacer spacer

For those of you who share our vision, regularly read the articles and items on our site and personally know me, you know that one of my biggest peeves with the American Criminal Liberties Union is when this organization sues to overturn voter enacted legislation and amendments.  And one of our biggest projects in the coming months is addressing this serious matter and overcoming it.

Meet Robin Boyd spacer spacer spacer
Written by Nedd
Saturday, 07 October 2006

It gives me great pleasure to announce Robin Boyd from the state of Georgia as Stop the ACLU's official assistant to the director.  Robin is working closely with me in our soon to be launched public school initiative and is doing extensive research on locating ACLU donors.  She will be taking on other tasks with us and has a fierce passion to put the ACLU out of business.  She has added her name to the growing list of Americans who are disgusted with the ACLU's actions by sharing with us this excellent piece.  Please read it and pass it on to your friends and family.  And please welcome her by sending her a note of appreciation at .  Thank you.

U.S. House passes PERA! spacer spacer spacer

Tuesday, 26 September 2006

Great news!  PERA passes the U.S. House by a 244-173 vote.  See how your rep voted by clicking here.

It's now on to the U.S. Senate.  It is rumored that the Senate will not take this bill up for a vote but that can change if YOU contact Sens. Specter, Frist and your two U.S. senators.  Click "Read More" below for details how to reach your elected officials.  Put the pressure on to pass SB 3696 now!  Congress adjourns for the legislative term on Saturday.

The Public Expression of Religion Act or PERA (HB 2679) is scheduled for a vote on the House floor on Tuesday, Sept. 26th.  This is the legislation that would prevent the likes of the ACLU and Americans "United" (AU) from collecting tax dollars in their suits against the 10 Commandments and religious symbols.  The Coalition strongly supports this legislation and we ask those of you reading this to contact Congress to do the same.

The Coalition urges the ACLU & AU to "Come Clean" spacer spacer spacer

Sunday, 17 September 2006

In light of our recent coverage on the lawsuit filed against the Harrison, WV School District (see articles dated August 16th & Sept. 9th), and then this story, we now urge the ACLU and the misnamed Americans United to provide any information they may have on the individual responsible for the stolen portrait of Jesus.

Update on the Christmas Card Program spacer spacer spacer
Written by Nedd
Saturday, 09 September 2006

A few of you, my friends and supporters, have contacted us regarding our position on our Sept. 1st post on sending Christmas cards to the ACLU this year and urged us to reconsider.  While we have made no changes yet to our original post and policy, the compelling and yet friendly and spirited points made are such that I have decided to open up a dialog on this matter.

The ACLU Christmas Card Project for 2006 spacer spacer spacer
Written by Nedd
Friday, 01 September 2006

We have received a surprising number of e-mails over the last two weeks regarding the Christmas card “project”, a joint effort to mail Christmas cards to the ACLU’s headquarters in New York.  This caught us off guard, as we had not anticipated such heavy interest this early on.  We participated in this online effort last year, spearheaded by Kevin McCullough, founder of the Musclehead Revolution and a deejay for New York radio station WMCA as well as a writer for sites like Townhall.com and World Net Daily.  He is a very principled Christian man and conservative and like us, he abhors the ACLU.

As a result, many people are wondering whether we will participate again this year.
