MarsCon volunteer-run Science Fiction / Fantasy convention for all ages with food, parties, gaming, concerts, costumes, prizes, fabulous guests, an art show, and gobs of other fun stuff. It is held every year just as we start wishing we could trade our Minnesota winter for spring.
Parking Alert
Businesses near the hotel are being strict about parking.
Careful parking may save you much needless trouble.
Parking slots at the top of the parking ramp—ones marked with blue paint and marked as hotel parking—are safe.
If all the hotel spaces are full when you arrive do not despair. Ask for a parking slip at the hotel front desk as you check into your room. If you are not staying at the hotel show them your MarsCon badge and ask for the parking slip. In either case, fill it out and keep the blue part to place on your dashboard. Next, head down, down, down in the ramp until you are past all the spaces marked reserved.
Then you’ll be all set to enjoy MarsCon.
MarsCon 2011 will take place March 4-6, 2011. This is our 13th year… All Hail Eris!
