Michael posted this on his Facebook account a few moments ago !

I’m off to direct a movie in Indiana in the new year. Doesn’t look like I will be going back to Breaking In, but I love all those guys over there to death and I hope to make an appearance at some point if possible. It was a really fun show to be a part of and the creator of the show, Adam F. Goldberg, is one of my best pals. Hope that answers all the questions our there. And please keep watching the show!

Of course we wish him all the best in future spacer But i will miss him on the Show !

NEWBURGH — Michael Rosenbaum, a 1990 Castle High School graduate, will be directing and starring in a movie he wrote that takes place mostly in Newburgh and Evansville. Filming will begin early next year.
“I’m looking forward to showing the world what it was like growing up in Indiana,” Rosenbaum said. “It’s the foundation of who I am today.”
He did not want to reveal too many plot details, however.
“It’s about reliving the glory days,” Rosenbaum said.

He was honored at halftime of the Memorial at Castle football game on Friday night. Castle gave him a hockey jersey and other items to show support for his acting career and appreciation for his continued support of the school.

“It’s exciting to be honored by my old high school,” Rosenbaum said. “Andy Byers is a wonderful principal, and the school is even more beautiful than I remember.”

Rosenbaum, probably best known for his portrayal of Lex Luthor in the long-running CW TV series, “Smallville,” recently completed a movie due out this spring with Bradley Cooper and Kristen Bell.

In the spring, Rosenbaum appeared in the new Fox sitcom, “Breaking In,” starring Christian Slater. Although it was on the verge of cancellation, Fox renewed the half-hour series and was expected to order 13 new episodes. However, Rosenbaum has not made any decision whether he will return to the show.

Rosenbaum and his younger brother, Eric, joined forces to create “ROSE and BOMB Productions.” Michael Rosenbaum’s first project with the company was “GHILD” an award-winning coming of age tale about a boy who is born a giant. Rosenbaum wrote, produced and starred in the fairy tale short, which was shown at film festivals throughout the nation.

Rosenbaum has appeared in several movies, including “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil,” “Urban Legend,” “Sweet November,” “Poolhall Junkies,” “Sorority Boys,” “Bringing Down the House,” and “Kickin’ It Old Skool.”

Here comes the Justice League! An all-star cast has been assembled to provide voices for the iconic team of superheroes in Justice League: Doom, the latest animated DVD-movie in Warner Home Video’s series of DC Comics adaptations. Castle star Nathan Fillion will reprise the role of Green Lantern, which he first played in Green Lantern: Emerald Knights. He’ll be joined by Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy, the longtime voices for Superman and Batman, respectively. Rounding out the cast are several of Conroy’s old costars from Cartoon Network’s 2001-06 Justice League series (known as Justice League Unlimited in later seasons): Smallville’s Michael Rosenbaum as the Flash, Alias alum Carl Lumbly as Martian Manhunter and veteran voice actress Susan Eisenberg as Wonder Woman. Cyborg, a character not seen on Justice League, joins the group for this movie and will be played by Bumper Robinson (The Game).

The movie, due to be released in early 2012 on DVD, Blu-ray, digital download and on-demand, is based on the popular DC storyline JLA: Tower of Babel, written by Mark Waid. The plot: Batman’s secret contingency plans to defeat his own teammates (should any of them go rogue) are stolen and put into action by a group of super villains.

Once again running the show behind the scenes is executive producer Bruce Timm, the man responsible for dozens of beloved animated superhero projects, including the original Justice League. Lauren Montgomery, a veteran of several animated movies in this series, including the upcoming Batman: Year One, is the director. The script was written by acclaimed animation/comic book writer Dwayne McDuffie, who passed away earlier this year.

A trailer for Justice League: Doom will premiere at New York Comic Con on Friday, Oct. 14, and is featured on the Batman: Year One DVD, which goes on sale Tuesday, Oct. 18.
