What does the lovely Jessica Stroup eat during the day? She had a interview with Shape recently and discussed it. Stroup’s favorite snacks include almond butter on apples, raw vegetables with ranch dip, and energy Clif bars. When it comes to staying hydrated, the actress likes vegan protein drink mixes, lots of water and blended drinks from Starbucks. “I lean towards savory instead of sweet, so the drinks seem to satisfy that little voice in my head longer than an empty Reese’s cup… though I love those too!” source
