And the benefits of conquering challenges for all those who make the commitment are extraordinary - in fact, they are permanently life changing. In the USA FIT program, participants challenge themselves, through running or walking, in small but ever-increasing doses. Then, after six months, many take and pass the final trial... 26.2 miles of a marathon. And you know what? Almost anyone can do it. |
