Blogging is one of my life’s passions for almost four years but being a food lover, errr… well, since birth!! I loved eating since the day I learned how to take anything delectable in my mouth!!
I took this picture before we ate dinner last month. Kinilaw (raw fish in vinegar, spices and seasoning) is my favorite food. Most people have kinilaw as a dish on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries or any just any holiday. For me, just like most people… I want to eat kinilaw on special occasions – days with holi “days” on it; such as Sun-day, Mon-day, Tues-day, Wednes-day… as long as there is “day” on it!!
Aside from kinilaw, I loved everything Filipino. I love to try food from different parts or our country. I also eat experimental dishes cooked by my dad, my sister and my husband. I am not only a certified foodie but I am also a certified family food tester!!
This is my official entry to…

Sinuglaw is a term coined from SINUGBA and KINILAW. Sinugba meaning grilled. Kinilaw is raw fish in vinegar. As you can see in the picture (sorry for the low quality), it’s a mixture of grilled pork and raw fish. This of course is one of my favorites!!
I ordered sinuglaw during our CDO Bloggers meet and greet at Loreto’s Grill and Restaurant last June 2011.

Whenever I stay up late and my husband is in the mood (to cook, nyahaha…), he prepares a midnight snack for me and its usually like this – instant pancit canton, eggs, bread and coffee. :D
Now tell me, who is to blame with my ballooning body? Me or him? LOL! :D
