SWAP

SWAP is a collaborative effort between Pueblo School District No. 70, Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and local businesses. The program is designed for young adults with mild to moderate challenges in obtaining employment. SWAP provides support to young adults in career paths as they leave public schools and enter the work force.
