What services do you provide to your clients?

We are a full-service virtual technical and Internet business support company, which means we operate off-site and specialize in creating, running and growing our clients’ online presence.  Clients engage us for one or more of the following:

Who are your clients, exactly?

We work with other online business owners and entrepreneurs just like you who are really great at what they do.  Most of our clients are coaches, speakers, or trainers of some sort, who, like you, know how important it is to have an established online presence, yet haven’t had the time or know-how to build it on their own.  Our clients include:

What can I expect from my consultation with Alyssa?

You will meet with Alyssa Avant, the Tech Magician and Head VA. Your consultation will include a complete overview of our company and its services. Your discussion will determine the projects, services and tasks that would best assist you and your business.  Alyssa will also discuss our packages and retainers.

What is Alyssa’s work style?

We are a professional company who loves our work and our clients.  We take pride in our work and enjoy building relationships with our clients.

What type of professionals do you work best with?

We work with solo-preneurs, coaches, professional speakers, authors and similar entrepreneurs.  We enjoy working with those who are willing to invest in themselves and their businesses by seeking the support that they need.

For what type of professional are our services NOT going to work?

Our services are performed completely virtually.  90% of our communications are done online, mostly via e-mail, though we do hold occasional strategy and planning calls with clients.   That said, it is expected that our clients are fairly web savvy, and use e-mail as part of their daily business practice.  If you are a “phone-or-face” only person, virtual support is not for you.

We are a streamlined, project-oriented business that is dedicated to giving 100% to our clients.  However, as a rule don’t make it a habit to accommodate last minute “emergencies.”  If you tend to procrastinate, we will probably not be a good match.  We have a system in place to meet our deadlines and keep our clients 100% satisfied.  If you drop something in our lap at the last minute, that is taking away from time allotted to you or to other clients.

Will I be working with Alyssa all the time?

You will not be working with Alyssa at all times.  You will also be interacting with our team members.  Each member of the  team has specific areas of expertise.  When it’s appropriate, you may also work with these associates.   We utilize Team Box project management software to manage all client projects.
