All of the tools you need to publish a professional calendar are available from day one and Helios Calendar won't penalize you with cost hikes in the future when your site grows.

License Fees & Cost

Helios Calendar's license fee is $149 USD, and includes:

• A perpetual (life-time) License for one (1) installation of Helios Calendar.
• A one (1) year subscription for Upgrades & Support.

Helios Calendar licenses do not expire and permit use of your licensed version of Helios Calendar indefinitely. Upgrades & Support subscriptions expire after one (1) year.

Upgrades & Support

Your Upgrades & Support subscription allows you to:

• Keep your Helios Calendar up-to-date with access to product upgrades.
• Submit priority support tickets directly to Refresh staff for fast & professional support for all your Helios Calendar needs.

Subscriptions can be renewed for one (1) year within 90 days of expiration, or after they have expired. Renewal fees are:

• $49 USD for active subscriptions.
• $99 USD for expired subscriptions.

Non-Profit & Education

A 15% license fee discount is available for education and not-for-profit organizations.³

To receive the discount:

1. Register with the Refresh Members Site.
2. Send your Refresh member username, organization name and documentation verifying non-profit/education status.
3. Discount confirmation will be sent via email.
4. Place your order, saving 15%!

1. "Unlimited" means there are no limits built into Helios Calendar restricting performance. Hosting service capabilities (server, network, etc.) will place a physical limit on performance.
