This event has become the premier event in the upper midwest. The date for these events will be Saturday October 13, 2012 at the Hubert H Humphrey Metrodome. The Metrodome is the premier stadium in the upper Midwest and will provide your students with a one-of-a-kind performance experience in a professional environment. Class A, Class AA and Class AAA Champions advance to Session II Grand Championships, followed by the next 7 highest scores. Groups can participate in one of four classes (AAA, AA, A and Exhibition/Half-time Band). Scholarships are awarded to 4 Outstanding Performers participating in YIM each and every year. Look for applications in the fall. Our goal is to provide your students with a first-rate performance opportunity! All bands will receive feedback from a qualified panel of national-level judges and educators. This event will be a highlight of your students’ high school musical experience.
