Linkovery is your cloud desktop for webapps and websites; it’s an improved desktop that includes as many icons as you want to access your web applications and websites easily and quickly. So any Internet user is able to access their socialnetwork, email, online banking, newspapers, magazines and games and online shops from their Linkovery Desktop, by using any device.

Linkovery is an open web platform so any webmaster can include his websites and webapps in our webstore. Users don’t need any desktop installation or minimum requirements to use Linkovery. Programming languages different from web standards are not required either. Linkovery is the open solution for the closed webapp market.

Who are we? What are we like?

Mariano Torrecilla, CEO and founder

Mariano, CEO of Linkovery, is the person who began this project in 2010 because of his entrepreneurial ambition and his purpose of improving the Internet user experience.

Great boss and excelent person; this young man, who is still in his twenties, is getting his goal.

Outgoing and perfectionist guy, his way of being is kind of “work hard, party hard”.

Eduardo Pola, CDO

Eduardo, our “creative guy”. As the maximum responsible of design and content, he manages all the stuff related to the look and usability of Linkovery.

Crazy about the Internet, witty and eloquent; he has also been working on the project since the begining.

He spends his free time with his twins, two gorgeous little boys. He always dotes on his babys :D

Marcos Gil, CTO

Marcos is working on the develpment of the platform since the origin.

Methodical, demanding and hardworker; he is the CTO of Linkovery because of his experience in the web development.

He finds the way to do what he most likes: enjoying eating good food, traveling (he spent 6 months going around the World), his blogs… and he will be very soon a proud daddy of girl twins.

Daniel Baeyens, Developer

Dani is an experienced web developer in spite of his youth. He is part of the Linkovery crew since last September 2011.

Sociable, patiet and determined; he worked on several international projects based on Belgium and Germany (that’s why he loves studying german)

He put a new way to predicting goals into practice. It is based on a daily efort to stimate/monitoring all the developing activities (a.k.a. SCRUM) ;)

Andrea Barreu, Operations Manager

Andrea, operations manager, came to the company at the end of 2011.

She is the only female of the Linkovery crew, for that reason she does an even more commendable work. Despite of her youth, she can be proud of her CV and her international experience.

She shows her passion to improve, to grow, to achieve her objectives. She is the personification of “stay hungry, stay foolish”.

Pablo Largo, Developer

Pablo, a very young web developer that joined Linkovery last January 2012 because of his flair and attitude.

Thorough and extrovert; he contrubutes to the development of the project since his very first day, adapting himself to the deadlines and the job methodology that Linkovery requires.

He really knows that he likes and his great passions are the music, the web development and sneezing (¿?)
