The Awesomeness Fest Story.

Awesomeness Fest is designed to teach you how to bring out the most of your capabilities as a human being. This is the stuff you wished they had taught you in school. So whatever it is you do, whether it’s running a business or looking to jazz up your career, Awesomeness Fest will teach you how to do more, accomplish more, and get to your goals faster while having tons of fun and enjoying life. Awesomeness Fest is focused on three themes.

Vision

How to create stunningly huge dreams, goals and visions of the impact you want to create in the world and the life you want to live.

Self-Mastery

How to create the right present mindset, emotions and thought mastery to be happy, even before you attain your goals. This ingredient is necessary to keep yourself in the state of ‘Flow’ or ‘Creative Congruence’.

Connections

Create connections with other brilliant people so that you have the right networks, support structures and friendships to keep you soaring. Our list of attendees is pretty impressive.

Once a year, I would assemble groups of big thinkers, personal growth leaders, and entrepreneurs and take them all on 3 to 4 day adventures in places like Bali, Thailand, and Langkawi Island. There, in the midst of paradise, they would forge friendships, share ideas and help each other learn and grow. It was about personal growth and bonding, with a healthy dose of fun and adventure.

Soon more and more people asked to join these trips. And I sought to find a way to deliver this experience to more of my friends.

That’s how Awesomeness Fest was born. Except you don’t have to come all the way to South East Asia anymore. In 2010 we took over Costa Rica. Last year we were enjoying the beauty of Hawaii. But the model is still the same. Gather amazing people together and put them through 4 days of bonding, fun, and seriously powerful growth experiences.
