Roller Derby

Sometimes I look like this....                              And sometimes I look like this!

I started playing roller derby in 2007, when the Bleeding Heartland Rollergirls in Bloomington, IN started recruiting for their second season. That's when I first became Mona Mour, playing for the Slaughter Scouts and the Flatliners.

In the summer of 2008, I graduated from my master's program at Indiana University and moved to Boston for work. That's when I started skating with the Boston Derby Dames. I currently skate for the Wicked Pissahs and manage the Boston Massacre. Off the track, I serve on the BDD Executive Board and am a skater representative to the Women's Flat Track Derby Association. I've traveled all over the country with my team, playing and managing and meeting with skaters. I'm about to start my 5th season, and I see no signs of stopping yet!
