TradeRisks Limited is an FSA regulated corporate finance firm providing independent advice, financing and risk management solutions to UK and international groups within the essential services, infrastructure and public sectors.

As well as providing on-going treasury, corporate finance and business planning services to some of the UK’s leading housing and health providers, we also advise UK and international sovereign and quasi-sovereign borrowers, pension funds and financial institutions.

We constantly monitor the market, pro-actively seeking ways to manage risk and ensure the lowest possible funding and hedging costs for our clients – this has been particularly evident in our actions during the past 3 years as the financial crisis has unfolded.

We promote the themes of transparency and fair competition for debt and hedging products and have responded pro-actively and decisively where we have found evidence of market failure in meeting these basic expectations.

This has led to an increased focus on the direct provision of financing and hedging solutions to both borrowers and investors in response to the inefficiencies brought about by a dysfunctional banking sector.
