What does FTO not do?
An explanation of the services that the Federation of Tour Operators do not provide.
The following is a list of activities we do not fulfil:

Does not become involved in members' commercial activities
- Does not negotiate commissions with travel agents
- Does not negotiate prices, costs or contract terms with suppliers
- Does not collude on prices, terms and conditions.

Does not regulate the activities of FTO's members.

Does not represent the sector beyond businesses operating in the outbound inclusive market.

Does not deal with individual customer complaints.
