Jim Sears and Mark Allen founded A2BE Carbon Capture to take on the challenge of commercializing technologies that have meaningful prospects for rebalancing the carbon content of the atmosphere.

Such technologies must be capable of being sustainable deployed in developed and developing regions of the world and provide positive economic returns such that market mechanisms naturally employ CO2 emissions abatement for stationary industrial sources.

Ideal characteristics of a commercial solution include:

  • Able to capture CO2 at the source
  • Capable of recycling CO2 into multiple beneficial uses
  • Capable of producing biofuels that displace the use of fossil fuels and their CO2 emissions
  • Capable of producing biofuels that do not compete with the production of human food supplies
  • Capable of enhancing the net CO2 emission performance of other biofuel processing plants and fossil fuel gasification and thermal extraction processes

Our solution employs one of the most powerful and profound natural processes known to man, photosynthesis, and a master of photosynthesis, green micro algae.

We are not only building a company to take on this challenge, we are building a collaborative group of select institutions, corporations, and key researchers to address the spectrum of talents and disciplines needed to rapidly commercialize a solution we are calling algae@work.

As time goes on we will be providing much more information here at the web site, depending on your specific interest you may want to contact us for more information now.
