Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham, who recently gave birth to her fourth child Harper Seven is walking seven miles a day to shed her baby weight.

“Her exercise regime would put us all to shame. She’s walking seven miles a day on the treadmill,” thesun quoted a source as saying. “She’s had to take it easy, but her definition of easy is different,” he added. The 37-year-old is believed to rise at 7 a.m. and then walk three miles with hubby David. Later in the afternoon, it is yoga followed by another treadmill session.

Victoria Beckham rarely cracks a smile but her sons make her laugh.

The fashion designer, who gave birth to daughter Harper Seven in July, has posted a photo on Twitter snapped by her eldest son Brooklyn, 12.

‘Love this pic that Brooklyn took!!!! x VB,’ Victoria, 37, Tweets, alongside the image of a white plumber’s van with a man sat on the toilet painted on the driver’s door.

Victoria wants to be a fun mum, especially as new best friend Tana Ramsay, 37, has impressed her boys so much.

Brooklyn and his brothers Romeo, 9, and Cruz, 6, started calling Tana ‘cool’ when she joined them surfing in Malibu last week.

‘Her boys are raving about how much fun Tana is,’ reveals our source, ‘and Victoria feels like she’s the boring mum stuck at home.’

David Beckham reveals plans to protect baby Harper Seven when she starts dating

David Beckham will make sure daughter Harper Seven has three protective chaperones when she first starts to date.

The LA Galaxy star’s little girl was only born in July but he already knows how he and sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, Cruz, 6, will look out for Harper when she’s a teenager.

‘She’s got 3 brothers that will take her, 3 brothers that will eat
with her and 3 brothers that will bring her back home and a dad waiting
for her,’ he says.

‘So yeah, we’ll see. That’ll be interesting.’

Mum Victoria, 37, is breastfeeding Harper so though David and the 3 boys have been out surfing in Malibu, Posh is pretty much housebound at the moment.

‘It’s hard for us to go out and socialise and go out to dinner because Victoria‘s nursing,’ David, 36, tells Access Hollywood.

‘But that’s the way we want it. We look after ourselves, the boys look after her, of course.’

Slipped Disc Forces Victoria to Trade Heels With Flat Shoes

Health apparently is still a priority for a fashionista like Victoria Adams. Although towering heels has long been her signature, the wife of David Beckham has chosen to listen to her doctors’ advice for her to ditch high heels as she recovers from a slipped disc in her lower back.

A little over a month after giving birth to fourth child Harper Seven in July, the former member of Spice Girls was photographed stepping out with a pair of flat shoes. Out for a business meeting in Los Angeles, she wore a plain green dress that she paired with a black cardigan and hid her eyes behind big sunglasses.

The Daily Mail reported earlier that Victoria suffered from the slipped disc while pregnant with her first daughter. Accordingly, the singer-turned-fashion designer is in such pain that she struggled to even lift Harper and needed husband David to help her hold the baby while she is breastfeeding.

A spokesman confirmed that Victoria is recovering from a back problem. “Victoria has a back condition. She is resting and receiving treatment,” so the rep said. Victoria herself took to Twitter on Friday, August 19 to say, “Thank u for your kind messages. I’m feeling much better and enjoying every precious minute with baby Harper, I’m so in love.”

She has been resting at a home on Malibu beach, California, which used to belong to film director Steven Spielberg. Joining her there were husband David and their three sons, 12-year-old Brooklyn, 8-year-old Romeo and 6-year-old Cruz. She is expected to fly to New York next month to attend New York Fashion Week, where she will showcase her Spring/Summer 2012 collection.
