What is Batch?

Batch is a free invoice payment system that was developed by the Booksellers Association of the UK and Ireland to help high street bookshops to save time and money by trading online. The second important service we provide is Batch Returns, through which booksellers can submit online return requests and get authorisation from suppliers within hours. We are proud that our role in reducing waste in the supply chain has won us industry awards.

We now have customers in over 60 countries and you can read how Batch helps booksellers in the UK and around the world to compete in tough financial times in 'Bookseller Focus'. These interviews provide fascinating insights into the global business of independent bookselling. As well as enjoying these thought-provoking interviews check out 'What users say about Batch' for more about our award-winning services.
