What’s Next: Caleb Landry Jones is starting 2012 with a bang. The 22-year-old actor is playing Mark Wahlberg’s troubled brother-in-law and Kate Beckinsale’s little brother in Contraband. Jones is currently filming Neil Jordan’s vampire drama Byzantium, where he plays the lead character. Brandon Cronenberg, son director David Cronenberg, also cast Jones in his feature debut Antiviral, which is also scheduled for a 2012 release.

Brandon Cronenberg, son of David Cronenberg looks set to helm a little disease thriller from which he penned.

According to Variety, Brandon will direct the thriller which is entitled Antiviral with Rhombus Media producing, Caleb Landry Jones has been attached to star.

The “story revolves around a salesman (Jones) for a clinic that replicates celebrity diseases for public consumption. He becomes obsessed with a celebrity and injects himself with her disease, then must figure out how to cure it before time runs out.”
