Our message board is there 24 hours a day with webmasters from around the world reading and posting on it daily. Jumping in and making that first post will make it easy for you to ask questions and get the help you need. Simply saying, "HI i'm a new webmaster and wanted to say hello as I start building sites". Will get you responses and make it that much easier to ask questions. And remember, there are no stupid questions. We are a newbie resource, and Everyone here has been where your at. This guide will hopefully help you thru some of your intital questions and problems. But don't be afriad or shy in asking for help. It's what we do here.

VNWR was formed as a place of education and support for webmasters. VNWR is always on the lookout for webmasters that are ACTIVE - via posting, helping others, making suggestions, etc. - and give back a little by volunteering some spare time to help New Newbies and just say hi to them when they show up. Once you feel a part of our VNWR community, You may want one of our "VNWR Community Member" tags when you post. Being helpful, following the posted rules and guidlines when posting, getting involved and a regular in board conversations about matters that effect webmasters and webmastering is the first step. Demonstrate this for a few months as people get to know you and you network and feel at home in our community. Once you feel you are at that point, email Voltar at voltar@vnwr.com and request a community tag. It may be that you recieve it within 24 hours, or it may be that as a newer webmaster in the community that you are going to be watched for a few weeks to see how you handle special things as they come up. Either way you are on the road to getting your tag and special help as well.
Special Tags are issued only for set special reasons. Such as positions at VNWR or The DFN Weekly, Major tasks completed that need recognition, such as finishing your TTT. No one is guaranteed a tag. The must be earned and ARE special to all who have them. There are additional benifits to having a VNWR Community Member tag. Certian sponsors, hosts, content providers, and other online businesses offer a premium of some type to VNWR Community Members. They recognize the potential of our members and want them to build a future with them.
