Just to clarify - Star level is reduced automatically when you add a new credit card to your account. This is the point of the system as it forces a review of the card information so it can be evaluated for potential fraud before we allow token trades. Star level has absolutely nothing to do with if we like you or not.

Star level goes up over time on it's own, or you can request the eval of the card via a support ticket.

Ashen Empires has always need for volunteers, and we are grateful for each and every application that we receive. Those who hold a position know that the evaluation can often take quite a while - and an even longer period of time passes until the volunteers are announced to the public. So, without further delay, I'd like to introduce GM Kardelen as the newest addition to the AE GM team.

Kardelen has been training hard over the past few months and is well familiar with the basics of game moderation. Please give him a warm welcome and allow him to settle into his new role. As always, keep in mind that he will have a lot to learn, so please be considerate and understanding as he will undoubtedly offer the same in return.

Our ISP has the new firewall ready to be installed. We are going to allow them to take the new one out at 10:00 AM CST.

Downtime is supposed to be 15-30 minutes. However all servers will be down.

The only way to communicate (real-time) with you is thru Facebook.
