Target
While the ground may be covered in snow depending where you live and the weather is cold, spring is almost here! Time to think about the sun and all the fun to have outside as the weather warms up. Target is all set for spring in their stores, they've got their new products on the shelves and their spring themed posters up all over the store! Head on over to the shoe department the next time you're there because you'll see Tanner! He shot a big poster that is hanging up in the shoe area, and got to enjoy a nice day outdoors while doing it! Tanner recently had a chance to go to his local store and see the poster himself, and made sure to take a picture beside it! How cool is that getting to see yourself in an image hanging up in the store!
Tanner had a fantastic time on location for his Target shoot. A great crew, awesome location, and nothing beats spending the day outside in the sun. We have some great behind the scenes photos of Tanner posing for the shot used in his poster as well as him being photographed in another spot of the location he was at. Thank-you so much to everyone involved that day!

Round Up
This month, Tanner participated in the Round Up feature at Star-Kidz answering a question that he and several young actors were asked. The January question was "What do you want to happen in 2012?" and here is what Tanner had to say:
"In 2012 I would like the following to happen:
Score more than 10 touchdowns in football
Book a new pilot or a TV show
Get to travel to some cool places like New York and Hawaii for some photo shoots!"

Educational Insights
Learning is always fun whether it be in a classroom or out and about exploring the many amazing educational opportunities within your town. What's even better is learning while shooting a print job!! Last summer Tanner got to do just that, learning about the planets and their distance from the sun as he shot for Educational Insights. Tanner, along with several friends, got to try out the Solar System Mapping Tool, placing themselves in order of planets and other space objects, such as the asteroid belt, which Tanner got to be! It was interesting to see how far Earth is from the sun along with all the other planets, and of course, the asteroid belt. It was such a great time shooting on a nice warm sunny day, and getting to learn new things about our solar system was especially fun!

Star-Kidz Q&A
Tanner recently took part in the Holiday Q&A event over at Star-Kidz answering questions about his various print jobs and theatrical bookings. He speaks about his shoots for GAP, filming the Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! and more! Here is what he had to say:
1. What's the coolest thing about doing print work?
I get to hang out with fun people and I get to be in magazines!
2. What was the best part of the Brooksfield shoot?
Just being able to be on the Queen Mary. We got to see a lot of the ship and, got to hang inside one of the cabins, had an awesome lunch, and just had fun playing around.
3. Do you have a favorite Gap shoot?
No, ALL of the Gap shoots were a blast! The photographer for the GAP makes it so fun..he just lets you laugh and play around and he takes the pictures while you are doing it.
4. How did you like filming the Tim and Eric Awesome Show?
I liked it alot! I got to work on a green screen and pretend I was riding amusement park rides. Tim and and Eric were really funny and did some pretty weird stuff!
5. What was your favorite part of the 77 Kids shoot?
Getting to fly to Florida for the shoot was awesome! One of my really good friends, Jackson Wurth, got the job too, so we got to hang out all week long. We got to shoot at the beach, and at a pool. They put war paint all over our bodies and we got to have a water fight!
6. How do you prepare for an audition?
My mom helps me learn my lines, and sometimes if its really hard material I go see an acting coach.
7. Have you ever given Tate any advice?
No, not really...it's more like he should be giving me advice since he has been on a TV show and all!! I do give him advice on playing video games and also playing football.
8. What was the best part of filming your Pork commercial?
The food was REALLY good!!!
9. Who has been your favorite person to work with so far?
The people from the GAP, Old Navy and Garnet Hill!
10. What has been your favorite project so far?
Probably the 77 Kids shoot where I got to miss school and go to Florida for a week
