People always told me that I will always have that special something that will turn my life around. When I was 14 my mother passed away from that (must not be named) disease. When I was 22 my father passed away for the same reason. Between the time that I lost both parents, life was not that easy in anyone of us (my siblings and I). By the time all of my siblings got married, I was the only one back home with my father. His last few years were not easy on him nor on me. Whenever I remember those days, I smile. 
because even though they were hard days, they were good too. True, I got really depressed especially after his passing, but a special friend of mine told me once “After the hard times, the good times begin.” I did not realize what she really meant by that, but then I met a man and he turned it all around.

Oh, I’m so sorry for what happened to your parents. It’s so sad you have to lose both parents as so young.
I’m happy you found a man to yourself and things are going better now. Your friend is right although sometimes it feels like everything goes wrong. :/
