Let me be the first to tell you, I was negative on this idea to start. But then I kept watching and and reading more about Food Savers and finally decided I would try it out. Best thing I ever did. You can buy large packages of meats, seafood, cheeses and you can break them down into your meal serving sizes. The best part no freezer burn. You can also blanche you fresh vegtables and freeze them while they are in season and enjoy them all year. One of the biggest savings come to you by the way of leftovers. You can pack and freeze them for another meal and they come out just as fresh as the day you made them when you open and reheat. The of I bought was FoodSavor Automatic Vacuum Sealer from QVC and it has already paid for itself. It has a really neat stand up mechanism on it so it will not take alot of space on your counter.

TEMPTATIONS COOKWARE!   Have you ever tried it. It is super.  You can mix, cook, refrigerate, freeze and everything all in one dish.  They are the greatest.  They also look really beautiful on your table as well.  They come with their own trivets, and baskets to hold them in.  Also they come with plastic covers for storage.  They all nest together in your cupboard.  They are super non-stick and clean up great.  They can go into the dishwasher and in to the oven.  They come in all kinds of sizes, shapes and colors.  I have many sets as Wedding Gifts and will continue to collect them.
