The Penguin we depicted is the Fairy Penguin but this card represents all penguins and the key words around the penguin card are Agility, Play, Dreams, Innocence, Inner child and Balance. The messages are loud and clear here: remember your dreams, allows you inner child to play and be balanced.

The Rune of the Penguin

The rune Symbol with Penguin is Wunjo: The rune of Joy, Success and Pleasure. This rune is a fruitful one bringing the fruits of your labour and reminding you to enjoy these rewards. This is a fun loving rune, just as Spirit wants us to live our lives – with Joy and fun.

Numerology of the Fairy Penguin

The card of Penguin is number 8 in the deck and also carries the vibration of 8 in numerology. The Number Eight is the cyclic energy of decision. The Number Eight, shown as the infinity symbol, is the energy of the endless cyclic processes. This is actually a double number, being of both the masculine and feminine energies, showing that there can be a harmonious synthesis of the two energies. When in balance there is the energy of the celestial into form and when imbalanced manifest as the apparent Heaven and Purgatory opposition. It is indicative of the order and symmetry of the numerical system.

Eight is The Arbitrator…. Colours: Tan, Canary, Bronze, Buff, Opal and Ivory.

Spiritually eight is the goal of the initiate, having gone through the seven stages. Eight is the number of Paradise regained.

Eight is solidarity as the first cube and it denotes perfection by virtue of its six surfaces. There are eight winds and intermediate directions of space. Eight represents the pairs of opposites. The octagon is the beginning of the transformation of the square into a circle and vice versa.

If your PERSONAL YEAR is 8 your focus this year is on MONEY POWER and BUSINESS. You can seek a new business or career if the old one does not work. Pay and collect debts. Focus on money…. How you increase it…. Be business like…and practical. You can get recognition for your prior years of hard work. Push your goals. Make important contacts.

Our wonderful Fairy Penguin is depicted happily at play floating on his bubble of joy. They say a picture is worth a thousand words and in this case you can clearly see the fun, joy and innocence of our Penguin. He is reminding you that you too can play! He is working with his heart centre (green and pink) and communicating his inner child’s needs (blue).

The Medicine of the Penguin

The medicine of Penguin is Agility and Play. Penguin finds great joy in life. He characteristically follows the well worn paths of his ancestors. Using their wisdom to make his own toil easier so that there is more time for play. He loves to bob, dive and splash about in his waters, excited that he is alive. He loves to play hide and seek, diving and swimming long distances and then splashing out of the water saying ‘Here I am, come play with me!’

The Penguin’s Shadow Side

You are too serious at times. You need to ‘Lighten Up!’

The Penguin’s Crystal – Chalcedony

Chalcedony will help you to find the pathway for receiving your messages. It encourages you to regain your childlike innocence.

The Penguin’s Message

If Penguin has dived into your life ‘Spirit’ is reminding you to play. It is important to remember that you are here to work at living not as some do, live to work. So allow the play that comes your way today and embrace life. LIFE IS FOR LIVING and GIVING. Go out and enjoy the day. Do that very thing you have been talking about doing. Let your inner child play!

Affirmation

I allow myself to play!

I love your penguin. He’s so cool!
I especially appreciate the referenc to a numbered year. This year for me is a 2..the year of team building and associations.
So far it has proven bang on!

I’d love to know more about why you chose the penguin.

    Love and Hugs,

    Val
